Dr. Ipalibo Harry, the Federal Commissioner representing Rivers at the National Population Commission (NPC), has taken the lead in the Nigerian delegation at UNICEF House during the preparatory meetings for the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, United States of America.

Dr. Ipalibo Harry, who also serves as the Chairman of the Census Committee at the National Population Commission (NPC), is representing Hon. Nasir Isa Kwarra, the Chairman of the NPC.

During one of the sessions moderated by Nigeria‘s Femi Oke of Aljazeera TV, Dr. Ipalibo delivered a presentation on behalf of the commission.
The presentation was titled: “Harnessing the UN Legal Identity Agenda for Ensuring Inclusivity in Nigeria.”
